Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Pão Vivo account and all associated data at any time, in two ways:

📱 Option 1 — From inside the app

1. Open the Pão Vivo app and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Type DELETE to confirm

Your account and all data are removed immediately — this cannot be undone.

✉️ Option 2 — Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we'll delete your account and data for you:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify it's you.

🗑️ What gets deleted

All data tied to your account is permanently removed, including your profile, recipes, orders, inventory, sales records, and any uploaded photos. We do not retain backups after deletion.
